Saw a copy of this in Fnac store in France today (same catalog number ending with ...576). It was shrinkwrapped but it's clear that it was not a gatefold cover. The "Ltd Transparent Blue Vinyl" sticker was not there, so I guess this is a standard black vinyl reissue.

No. Received the black vinyls today. Identical to the limited blue edition, but only with black discs.
