No, that did not happen in my office. They do know nothing about Little Britain and this may be the first or second time when they see a PSB video except dreary mices that rotated for months in a local channel. But they liked it very much; at certain points where the Neil character points out to Chris to strike a key and Neil character opens his mouth down to the throat the way Neil sings, they were sprawled over their desks, laughing like a crazy. Besides, they asked me to bring Can you forgive her? and Go West videos to have a better understanding of the parodies so I am taking PopArt to the office tomorrow. One of them even asked me about its price, he is seriously considering to buy it.
Personally, I think the video is simply brilliant. I can't help but burst out laughing when that ostrich runs through the screen and when Chris looks sideways...

I enjoyed the interpretation that Channel 4 subtitles did "Aah, and we're stupid", and "Love crawls". They did correct it later.

Sorry if this already have been posted, but I would like to know what David and Matt say at the end of the video, and in the first too,thanks. I only understand when he says "pet shop boys" hehe, and thanks.

My first thoughts on this:
I agree with whomever said it is 'sad'. The whole video and indeed the song in this context strikes me as very dark and it comes across as a strong resemblance to something Twenty years on that would have fit perfectly into It Couldn't Happen Here.

Has no-one noticed that they are wearing Guantanamo Bay style outfits?
Sure it is a tie in to the orange Can You Forgive Her outfits but isn't this also a reference to their displeasure towards George Bush in typically PSB subtlety?
In fact PSB tied up against their will could be a euphemism for the detainees at Guantanemo...but I could be stretching things there...
