Actually I've been watching that clip too much; Suzanne Mizzi is in it at 2:03. Oh my, Suzanne Mizzi.....
Is it wrong to whack off to somebody who's dead?

At 2:00 is it Jimmy White doing the Benny Hill chase or a Jimmy White lookalike? I can see where Blur got the inspiration for the Country House video now. Damien Hirst plagiarising again.

Ronnie looking a dead cert for the final, probably against Carter. Maguire's an excellent player but he's just too intense. The only way is Essex.

I'm giving it to Ronnie already. There's only one person who can beat him now: himself.
Drico.

Stevens did well to come back there. It could easily have gone 8-0, even if Ronnie was being his mercurial self.

Yeah, 3-5 is decent from 0-4, but I doubt he'll live with him tomorrow. He can't afford another bad start. It's entertaining, though, largely because it's been scrappy.
Drico.

Steven's has always struggled with pressure. The big matches are too much the majority of the time. Ability wise, he's easily a top 8 player.

Maguire's a very frustrating player. He has all the talent in the world but his attitude is a bit, erm, suspect. He knocked in a fantastic 142 break and came back in one frame with some awesome safety play but he's 10-6 down. He plays like I do.

Ronnie-Stevens is shaping up to be a barnstormer! 5-5 now. What a clearance that was.
*edit* and Ronnie has taken it to another level. 11-5. Simply awesome.

You've done a 142?

Ronnie was immense this afternoon. At times, I was chuckling with disbelief. He's amazing to watch, when he is on form.
Carter has done well this year. I'd like him to win it, but I can't see anyone stopping Ronnie - apart from Ronnie (as somebody intimated earlier in the thread).

14-10 to Carter with Maguire coming back from 14-7. Great stuff; not quite over in that one but he needs to have an excellent first half of the session tomorrow. Yeah Ronnie was amazing this afternoon; nobody can live with him on that form. He looks to me like he's been hypnotised - I don't think I've ever seen him this calm before.

Something has had a calming influence on him. When he was missing those nine snookers against Williams, I was half expecting him to spank the balls about in the huff. Instead, he almost saw the funny side!

It's Ronnie's touch around the table that's amazing. It's like every shot he has the cueball of a sixpence. It's effortless.
