His work is always good. Check out the versions of Joy Division's "Atmosphere" he did with Paul Haig (Josef K man).

Completely agree... I really NEVER understand the appeal of remixes like these. Listen to it once and never again! Maybe I come from another planet, but I just don't get it what's so great about this kind of unimaginative boring remixes.

Take the Ulrich Schnauss remix of Memory of the Future for example: https://soundcloud.com/petshopboysoffic ... the-future. Now THAT's what I call a quality remix! A joy to listen to and in fact a major improvement over the original song! You can not say that of many, many, many other remixes of their songs...

I think many of these mixes really are to be heard once or twice in a club, not for repeated listening at home.

That said, a few have really grown on me now.

Jesus, I think Vocal already has more remixes than Break 4 Love! Best ones so far are WaWa and Derek Miller.

Wow! How many apparently 'officially-commisioned-but-unreleased' mixes of Vocal are out there???!
This is, maybe, the best of all the Vocal mixes to date!!!

Mix by Derek Miller, who produced the last (and HIGHLY recommended) Section 25 album "Dark Light".
This is more like it, much better than the original Pet Shop Boys version.

Spot on regards new Section 25 album, saw them live last year and recently bought their new album which is fantastic.

No, sorry, and they're not remixes, they're covers.
On iTunes and the Haçienda records site I think.

Section 25's Dark Light is my favourite album of the last 12 months. Everyone should listen to it.

Clearly a fan mix. I'm sure they had fun making it...
