Still nothing in SW Ontario. Mailed 3 days prior to official release.

Still waiting in Denmark. Last update from 04.04 and 05.04 where my two orders left the country of origin. 11 and 12 days without them being scanned anywhere. Unbelievable but it happens every time I use the official store.

Has arrived at the Danish post, but as usual it moves slower than the wind so will now only arrive after Easter break...if I'm lucky. I wish they would ship with one of many other good companies, would be infinity faster.

IIRC it didn't work. But I received the book on Apr 7, so it should have reached NJ by now ...
