It was meant as the intro for the album if I remember correctly.
I'm not sure anymore if it's instrumental or not.

I am not keen on God Willing being on the album at all! Interludes/Instrumentals/Intros are just annoying imo.

God Willing wil be heart felt moment of Numb ending and the build up to go into Luna Park.

yeah as far as intro's go I actually think God willing is on the long side.

The cover was on the popjustice.com website and may still be. All it is is a typed tracklisting as in december I doubt they had made a real cover.
