Sounds like a great time- I was in Barcelona last Sept/Oct, and had a most wonderful vacation with my wife....Where in the city is Sweet Cafe? Not that I would know very well anymore....

It's near the centrum, actually. 15 min from Plaça Catalunya, if you know what I am talking about. That big square full of pigeons...

Just saying that I wasn't sure if I'd remember where a lot of things were.

We stayed at Hesperia Del Mar in a very residential area along the Mediterranean, just a short walk to the beach and near the old Olympic Village and all the nearby bars and restaurants that are still there. Can't remember what the nearest station was called now....

And I do actually remember where Plaza Catalunya is, yes....

Oh, last Sunday, in that beach, was an aeroplane race over the sea. More than half a million people filled the beach to see if someone crashed.. heh.
