Do you mean that even if you play it on an external CD player, connected to the PC sound-card audio input (like if you were recording from a turntable) the sound gets damaged???!!! that really is a copy protection improvement!!

I don't think so. If so, you wouldn't be able to listen to the disc.

It's always possible to do an analogue rip.

What i want to know is this.
If ..after i've bought my copy of Fundamental, and want to hear it while i'm out jogging, how the hell do i put it onto my MP3 player if it doesn't play on PC's ?
I'm all for some kind of copy protection but surely this is one step too far.. if i buy a cd and can only play it on certain equipment.

Yes, I guess some people do no longer have an external CD-Player and play their CDs using the DVD/ROM drive. And then record companies complain about dropping sales... this kind of copy protection is the biggest mistake they can do.

I don't think that the 'real' Fundamental CD won't play on computers. I guess it might be copy protected but it should easily play on PCs.

According to some previews and being "I'm with stupid" as the first single, I suppose this song is one of the best songs of the album (for me it's better than "Luna Park"). But I don't mean "I'm with stupid" and "LP" are the crappest ones. I choose the order thinking about THE REST of the album.
