Very good performance. Lots of energy with the performance.
I was worried when Neil first started singing live. I'm with stupid sounds better with 'live' vocals.

He sang quite well, it's a difficult song to sing live.

I thought it started quite ropey, but then Neil really pulled it together. Great performance in all!

Yeah. I'm not a great fan of live singing but i was really impressed. Both looked really good actually.

Fantastic to see them on the tellie again! Pity we almost didn't see Chris... but we're used to that.

Good performance, liked the masks. So when is Blair going to make a statement?

I just missed it!
When I got in, the music had finished and I saw the people in Orange jumpsuits and Neil then it went over to Fearne and Jo.

It was great, actually. Nice to see a band making a statement on TOTP again, even if one suspects the reason is so people don't in anyway imagine Neil might be singing the song about Chris.
I loved Neil's outfit. In fact, I'm extremely envious.

They looked fantastic too, Neil looked really great and the hat suits him!

I loved it, that was great, confident - and a live vocal too, with not even a microphone stand to hide behind! Though we didn't see much of Chris, and when we did right after the end, he was rather staring downwards. It must be a bit hard to do a routine with masks on. Neil looked so good, his eyes were really sparkly (that's the most important thing, you understand, not political messages!), love the hat, though not sure the outfit matched with it, I also thought for a second he'd acquired an earring, but it was just his earpiece reflecting! More, please.

I thought he had an earring too at first lol. Brilliant performance, he pulled it off very well

I chuckled at the dancing Bush, Blair, Clinton, and Putin head masks. I noticed two other characters in cut-out masks, one who may well have been Alastair Campbell. The fluorescent "I'm with stupid" sign attached to the facia of Chris's keyboard was a nice touch.
My abiding feeling, however, was one of longevity. In a world of Shayne Wards, X-Factor pop tarts, coarse, brainless women ranting about doing their man down, and gormless dance fodder (sample lyric: From Paris to Berlin and every disco I'm within, my heart is pumping for love...), the PSBs have been at the same game for 20 years - as highlighted by the non-Jo Whiley presenter (in other words, the less ghastly one). Essentially, their mere presence underscored a triumph for substance over froth.

Did anyone notice Jo Whiley looked horrified when Fern said "I'm With Stupid, a situation I've been in a lot in the past"? Talk about paranoid.
