ok maybe i'm the only one who feels this way:
but dammit why didn't they release minimal as the first single?

i think that even without hearing the rest of the album that minimal is going to be the best song...its so PERFECT?

i am one happy person right now...i never in my life thought that DM would make a song like "precious" and i never thought that PSB would make a song like "minimal" in 2006..........

minimal had better be a single or i'm going to be VERY ticked off!

I'm With Stupid as fine. And if Minimal had been the first single it probably would've had a silly Little Britain video.

I like the I'm with stupid video, but sometimes I think it undermines the beautiful production and the music in general.

Light and shade
time and space

And the whole track is so weakly and flat. There is no huge final like popjustice said and the new order guitars are also not so dominant.

"Weakly and flat" couldn't be further from the truth IMO - have you tried turning the volume up and giving the bass a boost!

Am i the only one getting really pissed off with this, I've heard this track, i've heard that trac na na nana na.
I've only heard I'm with stupid and LP and i'm trying so hard not to look for the rest of them, This album will keep but is this all were going to get for the next few week, jeez

I agree... in my opinion his review couldn't be further from the truth.

If you don't like it that is absolutely fine - it's your opinion and you are entitled to it.

However, it is surely patently obvious that the song is neither flat or weakly, regardless of whether you like it or not.

Is it the melody?
What don't you like about the chorus?
Don't you like the beautiful string parts?
