Well, I finnally have it
Some technical details (maybe useful for Mr.Gardner's discography): The 2CDs edition comes with an outer carboard sleeve, with the tracklisting of both CDs on the back. Inside, an standard 2CDs transparent jewel case, completely black on the back (well, with a little barcode at the bottom), so you need always the cardboard sleeve to know the tracklisting...or read inside the booklet (wich has the same cover pic as the outer sleeve). Nice booklet with many pictures from different angles of the neon letters writing the songnames, a big pic detail of the Neil & Chris faces from the same shot featured on the cover, the complete lyrics from Fundamental (no Fugitive nor In private) and the Fundamentalism details on the last page...
Here the scan of the CDs (I can´t find the relation between the dark & neon new look and the fluorescent colors of the CDs...
)

Oh! and NOT copy-protected!
If somebody is interested on any other details of this particular release, just ask!

This time, the CDs are completely released and pressed in Argentina, I´m completely sure of that (well I´m sure it was on the PopArt releases too...) Not just the outer, inner sleeves and booklet have text in spanish, the CDs are printed with the usual argentinean copyrights legends, and they´re pressed on 'Teltron' CDs (one of the mayor CD manufacturers here), here a scan of the mark on the back of the Fundamental CD:TheGardner wrote:it's the usual EU release with a possible EMI Argentina sticker, Lorenzo! Very same procedure as in Down Under!
