Inner sleeve contains the credits and lyrics.
The middle page is just a dark picture of Neil and Chris.

But my purchase of the 2CD and LP will though

Does the LP and Fundamentalism chart seperatley? Or is it like the 7" and DVD single, where they all count as the same thing?

Fundamentalism 12" is non-chart eligeable. The bonus CD is eligeable but only sold with Fundamental CD and for each fundamental/ism sold, will count as 1 unit.

how long are the bonus tracks on the japanese edition ?

The Japanese release won't even play in Real Player. When you put the cd into your computer it opens up a Fundamental player and you listen to the tracks through that. When I tried to use Windows Media Player a message about obtaining a license popped up. As I can't read Japanese ( I'm British but live in Japan), I just used the provided Fundamental player to listen.
As for the bonus tracks, the Tiga remix is 5.35ish and the PSB maxi mix of I'm with stupid is 8.10ish.

And now I'm playing FUNDAMENTALISM (the cd is orange!)....

Get a program called Easy CD-DA Extractor 9.x.x and see what that does.
