I only know Lucas from the Video and isn't it him who's

Unfortunately there's no 'Little Britain' series over here.
Not that I know of, I do not often watch TV ...

The voice on the Sodom & Gomorrah show demo that says"Hello everybody welcome to the Sodom & Gomorrah show weeeeeeeeeeeee" sounds like Tim from the Film Robots.

He may also be one of the voices saying "Minimal" in the chorus of said tune... or maybe it's just Trevor Horn doing that (he's credited with additional vocals).
