It's strange song, but i always like it. To me, true misfire is the video - it's piece of bungle, nevertheless funny.

They put on on PopArt because it went to number 9 in the UK singles chart.
I much prefer the extended version that was used as the opener for the Savoy shows.

PSB can definitely be forgiven for indulging in project like this. I applaud experiments on their behalf. Making it a single was a huge mistake though.
Yeah, I never understood why this was a single. It didn't do anything for me at the time and it still doesn't.

I remember them playing it as their intro at the savoy and that was something else, i think it was appropriate for that concert and where it was held - very west end.

Personally, I love it, OTT production and all. Think the extended version with the 'Savoy' bits is brilliant!

somewhere is ok. it's neither good nor bad. just an ordinary skipper, a 3-penny songie.

whenever i hear the extended psb mix it always reminds me of the savoy shows, and that in itself for me is a reason to love the track.

I have always loved it, because it is so over the top, and when it was out there was literally nothing that sounded anything like it. I remember Mark and Lard on Radio 1 saying the PSBs don't do anything by halves do they.
Oh, and as others have commented the extended mix reminds me so much of the Savoy show which I think is the best I have seen them live.

I like Somewhere. Very upbeat and the orchestra works well with the song.
Whats wrong with that?
