Could be, I have no idea. That is the cover from amazon.de, they have the German language version (with that pic) and the English language version (with the new pic). On the German version you can see the name of the publishing company printed on the bottom.

Now how great it would be to have a 1x1x1 m box with all their un/released songs and officially released or promotional remixes / edits on CDs... I can imagine there's about 1.000 various versions in their audio catalogue.
