Hope not...The song tries too much, delivers too little...
The CELL by Stephen King instantly hit number 1 in New York Times Bookseller Lists selling well over 200 thousand copies in three weeks. This affirms my opinion: People really need an occassional good horror read...

I really hope not, don't like it. Only listened to it once the day I bought the album and I can't bring myself to ever play it again.

I still think Minimal (hooky as it is) will sink soon. if they'd released Integral or TS&GS, now that would've been something.

and yes, you all can impeach me if I'm wrong. ;)
Not like you're biased or anything *looks at your username* :P
busted :P but show me one person on this board who ISN'T biased in his/her reasons for what he/she likes (esp in music). it's all subjective and I will not be sheep. ;)

What the heck is the appeal of cheep, cheesy, tacky tracks?!?
Are You Mad :D :D Rent

Sodom is the best since Go West and Can you forgive her? and it is one of the best song in history of PSB. It so as if not release as single Go West :) This song can save them :) in world music :)

I agree kennym! :)
I've been around the world for a number of reasons. I've seen it all the change of seasons, and I, my lord, may I say nothing?

So much dispute over this track. For me, this track is classic PSBs and probably the high point of the album. Anyone who disagrees will be exterminated!

...and is wrong.
I rule. You don't.

I like Soddom and Gomorrah Show but would like Numb as third single with either Integral or Cassanova In Hell or none at all.

This'll be the worst PSB single since New York city boy if they release it and although I'll buy it, it won't be because I like it.

PSB: Here's an idea - take some advice and release a good song!

I assume you did not hear many PSB songs...

IS it because its more a rock song than a electronic/pop song?

I think "Sodom & Gomorrah Show" is a good choice for a single. It's one of the catchiest songs on the album, and as some have pointed out, many people at the concerts already sing along to it. I find myself hummig that chorus now and then.

But... I'd rather see a ballad as the next single. Or people will think that the album is full of pop songs. My choice would be "Indefinite leave to remain", because it's better than "Numb".

It's the best choice for a single (after Fugitive, which obviously isn't on the album) on Fundamental. The sad fact, though, is that it'll probably do nothing as a third single - it really should have been the lead-off single. I'm afraid PSB are well beyond the days where anyone cared about a third single.

These days it's all about the first single. The media will always care about a PSb "comeback" single, but it won't go further than that.
