Fundmental continues to grow on me...
My original favorites were Minimal, Indefinite, TSAGS and Integral.
I am having a hard time picking a favorite now because I now pretty
much love the entire album. One of my favorite aspects of PSB is the
fact that their songs continue grow and grow on you as your understanding
of the songs and the album as a whole increases.
I hated Numb at first but like it now as well.
Luna Park and Casanova in Hell are amazingly beautiful.
Girls Don't Cry was, to me like Always in that I was immediately intrigued
by the lyrics and the overall feel of the song and listened to it over and over
and over.
Impossible for me to put PSB songs in any kind of favorite order.

I couldn't agree more, it really is one of the best PSBs CDsglennjridge wrote:the other side of the coin for me this time around. I think its the CD with the most amount of winners per album as far as all time favorites.
I still cant get over luna park,how awesome and yet weird it is for a PSB song.
but lunapark/minimal/indefinite/casanova/integral/numb. never loved so many songs on one release.
I have to say that "Casanova in Hell" is probably my fav track.
It has a very evil
feel to it . The first time I heard the " He hides inside a secret chamber/there to gape/through a velvet drape and dream of rape " part it gave me chills 
He sounds very angry at the end of the song, not at all deadpan or aloof as is his reputation. Don't get me wrong, I love the deadpan style in so many other tracks but the anger seems to fit this one very well.

Has anyone made their own version of the CD? I burned a version that had God Willing as the intro, going into Fugitive, and made a few other changes here and there - plus added In Public about mid-way thru side-2. I don't really like Psychological as the first track...
But quibbles about the sequencing aside, I think it's a stellar collection of songs. The production is absolutely gorgeous... especially on Minimal. I was listening to it on my surround sound speakers earlier and it just blew me away.
I do think Sodom & Gomorrah could use a little tightening... it would benefit from a single mix, I think. Numb... I just have a problem with the Americanisms coming out of Neil's mouth, I don't know why... It just sounds phony. Integral is an amazing song that really resonates with me, because the whole concept of "if you've done nothing wrong, you've got nothing to fear" sounds like it could have been written about President Bush, and his trampling on civil liberties here in the US. His allies all say, if you've done nothing wrong, you've got nothing to hide.... So it's eerie in that regard. I do think the album tends to the mellow side a bit, and in that regard it reminds me of Behaviour. I don't think I'm with Stupid is that poor of a first single - given the political climate in the world, it was probably a shrewd choice. That being said, Minimal is BY FAR a superior song.
If i were PSB, Sodom & Gomorrah would be my choice for 3rd single... it seems to be the song that gets mentioned the most by friends of mine that bought the album, and are more casual fans. I think it would be a pretty substantial hit if they released it.
Anyways... those are some of my rambling thoughts on Fundamental
