THAT is what I think too. Nice thread. I thought I was nearly the only one who doesn't like Integral.

It's the best song I've heard in years of every artist.

Easily. It's a rant.

integral is the best song in the history of pop music
far better than go west , and it's a pure invention of the boys
the lyrics are quite brillant , the sound is great
if integral is not a good song, then there isn't any music that worth be listening to

Go listen to 50 cent instead

Anyone saying that the chorus is weak has certainly not listened to the chorus.

It can´t be banned from my PSB discography as it´s one of the best tracks from Fundamental (and I wish it was a single soon).

Ditto.

I really like Integral - it's a similarly effective ending to Fundamental as Go West closing Very. It's Boystown as imagined by Albert Speer.

I love the song, the arrangement, the lyrics, the orchestra and listen to it alot.
the only point I can see against it is IMO the chorus lets the song down.

the melody is too cookie cutter sounding for me on it. for some reason before I heard the song, reading the words to the chorus on the OS it seemed like it would be more...I dont know what.... tougher or more meaner sounding, I just dont know.

but I love the verse parts and the orchestra sounds huge with those great explosive sounding parts after neils spoken words..

I still like it. And I feel would make a good single!

INTEGRAL describes the reality of my fellow Americans:

The persuaded we: -majority-, herd of cows who don't have any idea of what's going on- not even within the US-, believe everything, news are edited to the extreme, there are cameras all over, (some gas stations have: SMILE, OUR CAMERA IS WATCHING YOU :)), & Mr. President wanted to track all communications as he pleased, (this one didn't pass but it's done anyways).

"Everyone has
their own number
in the system that
we operate under
We're moving to
a situation
where your lives exist
as information"

So besides the music and chorus, I like it- is raw- Next bill: the “Human Microchip”: permanent implacements of tagging devices which can be painlessly inserted under the skin. Encoded on the chip: a specific code number which includes a biometric identifier, etc…

This thread was started by someone named after one of the weakest songs PSB have ever written.

Integral is a fantastic track and simply should have been the second single.
