Great venue nice and intimate, super setlist, nice to hear Kings Cross and Being Boring. I thought the lighting and sound was spot on.
Did Victoria Newton get her review back in time for todays The Sun as she was there rubbing shoulders with Barbara Charone & Vicky Lowe up in the balcony seats.
Got a good seat 4th row right in the middle after a long wait in the cattle shed!

I'm glad that you've spent a great night in London. Good set-list even if a little bit short. Good idea to have put in it King Cross. I really hope that on the radio list there will be Flamboyant and King Cross, played live last time in 1994...

Was there any sign of it being filmed? A lot of these BBC radio specials have been showing up on the interactive stream on BBC's digital tv broadcasts.

I was in the middle of the fourth row
were you wearing beige combat shorts and a white (I think t-shirt) and were with a tall chap ?

it was a great show - sound was excellent and having them on the same level more or less made it seem pretty intimate, Neil was very lively as well - spoke to Sylvia after the shjow and she signed my Literally after looking at it and asking where I had got it from. Also got the backing singers set list and hand written lyrics to Kings Cross that were stuck to the floor

No green combat pants and grey T-shirt sat next to a small guy in a cap with some shopping bags, looks like he'd been buying some 12" vinyl and yes I was with a tall chap.

What did the boys wear and how did the stage setting look like: Concrete without orchestra or fundy tour without projections and dancers?

Neil wore his Fundy tour clothes without the top hat, Chris in Y-3 cap and glasses and his own normal clothing. Small stage with Sylvia, Nick & Andy set to one side, no dancers.

The concert was excellent and I especially loved hearing Kings Cross live.
I would just like to say a big hi to everyone I met. Lee, the couple from Blackpool (you know who you are) etc. I was daunted by going on my own but it was nice to converse with like minded people.
I hope to set up my Mac to record the show on Saturday, if I get chance I'll post it for download.

I think all those who attended should post pictures of themselves so we can all recognise one another.
I found it odd but kind of cool that Lee recognised me from my voice (he had recently listened to one of my pod casts!)
I think the encore will be cut from the final show as this was the over run if you include the cheering and the odd ad lib.

Yeah, I was going to go straight back to the hotel, but then thought I'd give a few snippets of info for those not fortunate enough to attend!
Nightlife, I meant to come over and say hello (and thanks for giving me the heads up on the concert via this forum) but lost in you the crowd as the concert finished. I guessed it was you as I recognised Agent Doris from various pics on The Pet Files and I knew he was your guest!
Looking forward to hearing the show again on Saturday, in particular to hear Chris's tinkering at the end of It's A Sin.
