The police have a lot to answer for this time around.

Some clubs are better behaved than others. No dis-respect, but Doncaster don't have the biggest following, so obviously have less crowd trouble. Leeds have a far bigger fan base and are notoriously one of the worst behaved. look at the behaviour on the last game of last season when they got relegated. Stoopping as low as to punching handicapped supporters. They give most Leeds fans a bad name.
If they waited until 30 minutes before the game and then called it off, it could have ended up being a mass brawl. Call it off early before the place fills up. It makes sense.
The best thing is, you really deserved it. You certainly outplayed them for the 90 minutes, and right up until Keane came off. Nice to see your legion of ex Leeds players do you proud.
I hope this doesn't mean a new Chas and Dave song...

Hello Rob, yeah, it was a fantastic result for us Spurs fans and it also showed that the cup competitions aren't dead. A few teams show a lack of respect for them and IMO, should be refused entry but even Chelsea, one of the so called 'elite' showed what it meant.
The ex Leeds players have been fantastic for Tottenham. Robinson has gone through a bad spell but he showed in his first 2 seasons that he is a good keeper. Same with Lennon. He had a few injuries but it looks like he's returning to some decent form. Woodgate is an awesome centre half, lets hope he can stay fit. Also, we nicked Poyet off you, who is terrific alongside Ramos. Just goes to show what a top coaching team can achieve.
Yeah if you actually keep them fit, Woodgate and King will be one of the best centre-back pairings in the league, allied to a great centre forward partnership in Keane and Berbatov. Robinson may have had a bad time for a while but form is temporary and yadayada...
I think Jol made some astute signings in terms of young players like Lennon and Huddlestone (about a million each, no?), and you're right that Ramos and Poyet look like a good team. The future could be bright for Spurs...

The amount of times Donny let bets down is unreal. Watched Leeds v Walsall and they looked half decent. Probably would have been higher if it wasn't for the mid season upheaval. Freedman was a classy move.
Yeah I was really pleased with how we played against Walsall. Tonight we were under severe pressure for long periods, as I'm sure Steve will mention, and it sounds like they had a penalty claim... Sounded like a cracking game, anyway...

He looks a top player. Hasn't had a bad game yet and has played in a lot of games against good opposition. Probably the best player v Newcastle as well. Although that wasn't difficult compared with the effort some of the other players put in.
