Rumours of match fixing again in the Maguire v Burnett match. Betting suspended due to a high number of bets placed on 9-3. This looked justifed because at 8-3, Burnett had a simple black to win the frame and he missed by a foot.

His match with Mark Allen is fantastic. 10-10.

That result has opened it up somewhat. I've got my cash on Shaun Murphy. Don't like the guy that much but thought he was a decent bet at 20/1.

It's always sad to see Ronnie go out but Allen played some fantastic, attacking snooker. I hope he goes on to win the thing.

I want Stephen Hendry to win one last WC and then retire. His results this season have been abysmal. 10-7 over Williams and 13-10 over Ding is decent, although neither of them have been on fire this season either. I didn't see any of the matches since I can't actually watch Eurosport where I'm living, which sucks.

I think Neil Robertson is going to turn into the hulk.
