In Russia, we have problems and some gas station sell not much than 10 liters for one car... 95 and 98 is very seldom.
And I heard not much gas now in St. Petersburg...

What bugs me in this country is the difference between unleaded and diesel. there's no reason for it.

There is, it's called extra tax. Diesel used to be cheaper than petrol (and so it should, it's less refined) until they hammered it for extra tax quite a few years ago now.
