Apparently, it's a Dutch label.

..for sure that is the situation here! it seems that ZYX give the license (and multitracks) for this..but (as usual with ZYX stuff..like the infamous West End girls "Montreal mixes") the PSB must have no idea of this release..

According to Discogs, it seems that this label is releasing (Italo related) music since 1982!!

They now won't have much say in regards to releasing anything that's in the hands of Parlophone either. When the sad day comes, they won't have any say at all, the heirs of their rights will. So when the rights holders start digging the hell of stuff out and making money of it will you be irked too, guys?
Parlophone can’t release anything from Behaviour and onwards, without Neil and Chris’s consent, since they own all the rights.

Oh, didn't know they had re-negotiated the Parlophone deal back in those days! Thought it was all the same contract 1985-2012.
It’s when it changed to Pet Shop Boys Partnership Ltd.

I didn't know that. I was surprised we hadn't seen more compilations and cash-ins yet, since the boys moved to X2, but that probably explains it.
I don't mind the cash-ins really. I wish they did a huge remix compilation like Depeche Mode have done twice now, with some old stuff and some new mixes thrown in.

Yeah, smart move by them to pay, and own the recordings.

:D The 2 Ben Liebrand mixes are good, as is the Michael Gray mix, not keen on the Moplen mix.

This is not true.
Neil and Chris have full ownership of their own materialall the way since they signed with Parlophone - also before they founded PSBP. (Say what you will about Tom Watkins, but he negotiated a very good deal for the time)

Parlophone have an exclusive licence to release the material, but they must collaborate with PSBP on every new release of material licenced to EMI.

Whereas Bobby O can do whatever he pleases with those early wonky Bobcat recordings.

The clips I have heard are ok but nothing special. It would be great if they did something similar to Depeche Mode but not sure anything like this will appear until Chris and Neil call it a day. I'm sure that most of us on here have countless mixes. I have a mix of vinyl, cd's, bootlegs downloads etc. There are some mixes I've not heard and maybe there is a reason why certain mixes haven't seen the light of day as they might not be very good. There have been various threads about a remix collection, which tracks should be on each cd etc. Personally I would love a new remix of each single from DJ's and also people like Blade and JCRZ who can finally do a offical mix. Doubt we will ever see this and in the unlikely event we do it would be limited to a certain number and cost lots of money and of course this would sell out.
