And that's all there is to it for me. If they want to take years to make an album, that's fine with me. If they choose to only release singles in future, that's fine with me. If they want to play live to 50 people in a pub in Newcastle, or 250000 people in a stadium in the Prague, that's fine with me.

If they do what they want, how they want, when they want.... given their track record I find it highly unlikely that I won't get something from whatever they do.

Crack on gents, do whatever the hell you want!

2028 is too far. I prefer new albums than new projects.

Just wanted to write the same Depeche had a 6 year gap between the last two and it was very very worth it, better something proper than half-cooked.

They did Please, Actually, Introspective and Behaviour in almost 5 years. I know they had some demos from Bobby "O" period but they also did a huge promotion over these years. So it doesn't have to be half-cocked.

One thing is accumulating songs from beginning of life to the first 5 years of your mainstream career, another thing is a late career album.

Erm, this is not strictly true, we have paid a lot of money for their work. Sometimes, even when we had no many reasons to do that (ex: the never ending list of compilations for singles, b-sides, etc).

We do because we want but we gave them a lot of money too. So Neil and Chris hurry up!

I'm joking, of course. It's obvious they can release the album when they want.

If they get 250000 people in a stadium wherever it takes place, that's fine with the whole community.
