It looks real and very PSB-esque. But I guess that the final artwork will be a little bit different from the promotional copy.
I think it can't be a fake, Lucky Records (set in Paris) is a very reliable and famous shop for this kind of material (promos, rare releases...).

I'll know if it's real or not should I have words with sources this coming weekend

It is real from the look of things, I'm surprised the promo comes in a plastic jewel case rather than a card wallet.

Yes! It even has the "Copy Protected" logo & advert... Quite surprising.

Also... the price (20 Euros) seems a bit low for a just-out rare promo.

UK Promo - pressed by EMI NL !
Oh really? I thought the EMI plant in Uden (NL) was going to close? I remember posting a bit of news about it approximately a year ago...
Anyway, regarding the comments whether this is real or not: It looks totally real to me, no doubt.

I reckon it's a fake, albeit a very convincing one, what I find very odd is the punctuation, or lack thereof, in its description of the concerts. I'm probably reading to much into it though

OK then... let's assume (for argument's sake) that it is very well made fake. Then (as I asked earlier)... why so cheap?

well it's cheap because it's a fake, genuine promo could very well cost more, having said that some bootlegs cost a small fortune
