agreed.Ronald42 wrote:Could they make a video with a couple of sexy blond girls working out in a gym. Just a thought.
On the otherhand I've seen that before
Hmmm but I can't see enough of that
Yep I go for a work out vid. with girls of course
something tells me the luna park song is not going to be some heavy deep song, but a nice breezy upbeat love song with lots of strings and horns.just a feeling.amandote wrote:If they'll make a video for "Luna Park" they can make a real cool video!
They´ll end up putting strings on the new album anyway. Somehow Luna Park sounds like some heavy metal song.glennjridge wrote:something tells me the luna park song is not going to be some heavy deep song, but a nice breezy upbeat love song with lots of strings and horns.just a feeling.amandote wrote:If they'll make a video for "Luna Park" they can make a real cool video!
They have already clearly stated that the album is going to be almost 100% electronic, with the singular exception of Numb, which features an orchestra.psb-freak wrote:They´ll end up putting strings on the new album anyway. Oh yes- an 8-minute video, in the cinematic style of Thriller, with Trevor Horn orchestral parts ...wouldn't need much money.nickname wrote: For me at least, I would like to see PSB making a long video of 8 minutes (more or less) like it was a pop corn movie. For example if "the resurrectionist" was a single, why don't they can do a horror video (similar to MJ's Thriller but with a different story)?. A Trevor Horn orchestral part may help to give consistency to the part of the scenes where the song doesn't sound. It's something PSB never have done and they don't need too much money to do that.

So you are both wrong
I think if they connect with a young director not very famous but with good ideas, it's possible. They need a little bit of imagination I've seen a lot of short horror movies with no too much money which ones are fantastic. Something to call the attetion of the people.Deschanel wrote:Oh yes- an 8-minute video, in the cinematic style of Thriller, with Trevor Horn orchestral parts ...wouldn't need much money.nickname wrote: For me at least, I would like to see PSB making a long video of 8 minutes (more or less) like it was a pop corn movie. Let me tap it out on my calculator...taptaptappitytap....
Okay- think i got it...
If everyone who's ever posted here donated a year's salary to this hypothetical video, we'd have enough to pay for the catering and Trevor's subscription to glossy magazines about caning naughty schoolgirls.
And those "London" mice all have William Morris agents now. Sad, really.
