A wild card thought. The BBC could put the recording out on a cover mounted CD of BBC Music Magazine complete with an extended article and interview.

Neil with the black textured top, this time a hooded one.
Love that top. Seen here last week...

(I'm always curious if I can identify what the Boys are wearing during their public "Fashion" moments)
The shirt Neil is and has been wearing is Issey Miyake. He wore a sage green version at the Monday Obscure show, and then black on Wednesday and again, I think on Friday when I attended.

I happened to be browsing the mens shop in Liberty Of London that week and saw the shirt and collection there.

They always look on point. Neil's "intriguing" boots are this season's Prada. The booties (their name; not mine) are your's for a mere £1530. They are quite brilliant though.

Thank you. Wonderful to see the pets on video.
"Well, it smells like the 1940s."
I like their fashion, and body language. Neil is expressive when he speaks.
I really do like their fashion though. Neil with the black textured top, this time a hooded one.
Chris with the zip up jacket, almost giving a popped collar look with the zip all the way up.
I do enjoy the consistency of these outfits, it's on-brand. Neil's glasses are so cool too, the transition lenses.
Chris with the checkered 'HARD' cap, Neil with intriguing boots, they have quite a heel.
The shot near the end where they're holding umbrellas, I still find that visually appealing for some reason.

Here are some screengrabs:

I just listened back to the 2014 Proms performance. I’m guessing this was not originally recorded and released due to lack of major label support at the time. Having said that I suspect the extended interval and subsequent revisions will only serve to greatly enhance the work. While I found the narrative to be a captivating yet concise portrait of a brilliant, complex, authentic individual, the music itself wasn’t particularly compelling. I’m hoping the updated score with more emphasis on the electronics will more suitably enhance Turing’s biography.

Wow, loved the interview and seeing them in that consequential setting!
Thanks for posting! x

Or their original demos with Neil’s narration.
I also hope the original demos are included. I remember being quite disappointed when I heard the Proms version of 'He Dreamed Of Machines' compared with the utterly brilliant 2012 live version (still one of my favourite tracks by them). Not only do I prefer Neil narrating, but most importantly, his singing was totally buried by the choir in the Proms version whereas the 2012 live version was perfect with just the right volume of choir to enhance Neil's vocals. I hope he's not lost in the mix again in the new version, but I'm not getting my hopes up since they also use the same narrator, so maybe the only differences will be instrumentally and/or additional tracks.

Anyway, the demos (even if they don't have real orchestration and/or choir) are what I'm most looking forward to. It would make sense to put them on an Electric Further Listening disc (since there are so few bonus tracks left from that era anyway). A release on a second CD of a Tennant/Lowe release of A Man From The Future would be great, too, of course.

I agree. I much prefer the demos for “The most incredible thing” to the finished recording.
