Which probably says it all ;)

Seriously though, these 40 songs need to be mixed up. Not just saying it because it's PSB but they had ther perfect idea with PopArt.

Most people already have the first 20 and most people wont care about cd 2. So mixing them cannot hurt.
No one is telling you to say nothing. We can all be adults and make-and-take constructive criticism and differing opinions when they are laid out politely and respectfully.

I don't have a preference between mixed or chronological ordering. I can see why people would like both ways.

*shakes head*

I'm embarrassed to be a PSB fan.

There was a time when I naively thought PSB fans were somehow superior. This thread - and the constant childish inanity of some posters - has disabused me of that deluded notion.

Ha Ha Ha!!!

I would almost laugh but unfortunetly Ive already brought Pop Art the hits for £3.99 so to be fair £5.99 is not bad.

But hey, I wouldn't want to ruin your pleasure, especially after seeing that pop art only got to number 30 as opposed to 15 for Erasure the hits released the same year. Plus it must have taken a lot of time and effort to put the picture together so well done!!!

I dont think anyone is superior to anyone else. We are all created equal. It certainly is a deluded notion.

Maybe, but PopArt spent twice as long in the chart.

Longer than it would have taken Vince and Andy.

Congratulations. With one fell swoop, in one post, you've embarrassed PSB fans and came out looking ridiculous (and utterly superficial). Can you just drop your wasteful vitriol? Once again, when it comes to sleeve graphics and videos, no, Erasure aren't up to par. It's not something that is remotely close to being as important as what is *in* the package.

If you want to get into a battle of CD sleeves that I actually love from any band (you can stick with PSB sleeves only), then start up a new thread and stop derailing this one.

Here's yet another perfect example of your bellicose (and off-topic) shenanigans for mods to take into account.

Proof of another attack. What do Vince and Andy's time/effort have to do with this and why do they deserve your insults? Very sad of you.

It's just a shame that Erasure themselves don't share that opinion.

Hope you don't feel too bad about it. Guess you're older now, less naive.

First of all, regarding PopArt. I think thats their best cover. The boxed cd's and 3 LP's look fantastic, yet it's so minimal.

It wont matter to ardent fans but it will to casuals. A casual fan will pick that cd up and put it down when they realise that they have never heard of 90% of the tracks on cd2.

If they look at the track listing and recognise at least one title for every 2 or 3 tracks, they might buy it.
