It was in Singapore, Finland and Latvia, yes.

But not in the UK, Italy or Germany. IE the major markets.

oh and as it turns out the info isnt entirely correct - Before didnt make the Netherlands top 40 after all

As far as I know, the info is largely incorrect for all the singles, Can You Forgive Her? inclusive. BTW, Italy is not a big market and always has been a tiny market for PSB.

Italy is not a big market for singles, that's true.
But until mid '90 the singles had their little (but good) market.
The info about charts are all taken from official sources
That's why there are not charts from other markets - i.e. France - since I have info but *not* from official sources.

Oh, come on, there's nothing to about that, Italy has a very long tradition in music and it's good that countries such as Italy, France and Greece support their domestic acts so much.

Yes, but sometimes it's sad to be obliged to hear/see italian low-quality acts, and many international hi-quality acts all completely forgotten.
Italian casual buyers really don't know how many talented international acts exist, mainly because English is not well known. So, only the most advertised artists are able to sell...
