Perhaps 505 isn't that much given all the other ones he signed for the Hackney Arts Centre event, Cole's, Rough Trade etc etc!
Re the hand binding, it's a bit ambiguous with the layout of the text, but I think it's safe to assume the hand binding was not done by Neil!

Also, it seems to imply that Neil bound the books himself...
