I think so. This is from the official site:

The next single - 6 May '06
The second single released from "Fundamental" will be "Minimal". It has already been remixed for clubs by Tiga. Release date is currently set for the end of July but this could change.

I think if more commercial stations play 'Minimal' it could be a decent size hit.

I remember posting a thread on here asking what GCAP's (Capital radio group who own a good % of commercial stations) problem was with PSB and one reply from an 'insider' was that there isn't a company policy to not play PSB on their stations, that each record is considered on its own merits. They also said that a lot of the GCAP stations hadn't received promo copies of 'I'm with stupid' :!:
