This all needs to be reported to e-bay, but would they really be bothered seeing that they are obviously making money out of it?

There was a clap down on home made CDR's a while ago. They all seemed to disappear.

They seem to be tolerating it again

the best and quickest way to stop this is to make another buyer account (easy) then bid stupid amounts on all the dodgy auctions, this then ends up costing the seller more money, which will hurt them more in the end.

A) I didn't know it was fake
b) legal downloading isn't free
c) My iTunes and iPod aren't functioning properly

A) being the main reason
