i dont belive he sang the show again in the studio. i think they gave the live material and maybe not only that from mexico but also from other shows to the producer to work with it.
i am shure there are techniques to tune vocals, if there isnt a proper track in the life data.

cant say anything to cubism (shame on me ;-) but montage sounds real life and well edited. neil finds the right note easily if his in-ear system is well, i guess. he only needs much compression to stand against the whole synthpower and i wouldnd surprised if they used intonation-tuning effect or similar things.

any audio engineers here? how did they do it?

The CELL by Stephen King instantly hit number 1 in New York Times Bookseller Lists selling well over 200 thousand copies in three weeks. This affirms my opinion: People really need an occassional good horror read...

Simple. The in-ear phones play the whole thing in his ears really loud so that he can't hear anything else. His vocals would come thru his earphones crystal clear.

Neil's not too bad, live. I think he's got better actually.

I listened to Kylie's Showgirl DVD yesterday. She's not much better than Neil, at all.
Looking for love and getting nothing that's worth regretting.
