Just got a reply.....
I emailed after reading the post, about lunchtime yesterday. As I live in Bournemouth which is 2hrs on the train to London, thought I'd shoot off a email anyway, thinking I probably wouldn't get a reply but what the hell...
Just got this back about 10 minutes ago:

What time would suit you? We're looking at filming everyone in
different groups - 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm. So let me know what time
suits you the best? However, just warning you that it might take up to
two hours to film you.
If you're not sure you can give me an exact time, just turn up on the
day when you can.

Can you just turn up on the day or do you have to let them know in advance you're coming? Now I know it's official, I'm seriously thinking of going to this.

I think they are going to use an actual barcode for the credits - which will include the names of the 200 people. The official site seems to suggest this, so we'll probably never know who they are unless our mobile phones can read them?

I thought they'd already done the video.
The whole thing seems a bit pointless and a waste of money to me. I mean, to carry on making a video for YouTube and the OS after the single has been cancelled... oh well, it's their money.

Ah, but I expect that the video will be featured on their next DVD video compilation. I suspect they've done it partly for the fans who have demanded the single released for so long to make up for the fact it isn't an official single. Let's face it, enough fans have made their own video for this 'non-single', a PSB one will be very welcome.
We all have the song, we'd only be buying the CD for the mixes and B sides, and how cool to get a new PSB video.
I'm creaming myself at the very thought of being in an official PSB video.
