On the contrary I prefer the uptempo tracks like State Of Dreaming, Living Dead and Bubblegum Bitch, as well as the excellent singles, of course.

"Electra Heart" is a brilliant album. In a year where my favorite musical act of all time decided to release an album that does not have a single great pop song, Marina really shows how its done. Apart from the two brilliant singles, "Bublegum Bitch" and "Teen Idle" (especially the latter) are pop masterpieces.

This year I had a good collection with Format a so-so album with Elysium, then nothing important from my favorite artists.

2012 was not a good year in music, but there were a few good exceptions:
1. Sigur Ros: Valtari
2. Brian Eno: Lux
3. Pet Shop Boys: Elysium
4. Susanne Sundfor: The Silicone Veil
5. Yeasayer: Fragrant World
