My credit card was charged on February 25th for this.

Yeah this happened to me this morning with Annually - I am in the UK. Awaiting a response. This is the 2nd consecutive item this has happened to me from the PSB Store - the same happened to Monkey Business and I had to reorder. As you say though you can't reorder Annually as its sold out. I am not happy!!! No problem with my credit card; but the order was cancelled because the bank identified the pre-order coming through over a month later as fraudulent activity.

What phone number did you use for Digital Stores? As usual on the internet I couldn't find a number to call them on.

Always use PayPal when you order from Digital Stores. Otherwise you are rolling the dice.

98% of the time i have,don't know who to blame,my credit card provider said it was a security issue on their side whereas digital stores said it was a technical issue on their side!...i think it was down to the credit card company,card is perfectly ok,just a stupid random check at the wrong time.
