I confused rarewaves with juno, the latter indeed increases shipping cost per item. Rarewaves has very decent shipping cost to EU so I finally pre ordered the Potemkin bluray+CD there and bought The Cure's Mixes of a lost world CD and Duran's Notorious digisleeve CD in the same order. Only downside with Rarewaves is that the shipping cost also increase per CD. I wanted to add one of the Now Yearbook 4 CDs to whatever CD single I bought but then it turned out that the 4 CD shipping cost were 4 times the cost of one CD, added to the shipping cost for the one CD single, so that I did not do.
But for a single CDS shipping cost are not bad and shipping was also fast.
