Amazing. That's a monster of a stage they got for this gig!
I like to think of it as home...

Cheers, matey! There he is! And of course it's an Adidas.
I don't know that they would even have been considered in the 80's or 90's - invites for British acts were few and far between and they didn't have awards at this level. This year was definitely a perfect storm of show technology and evolved attitudes towards award shows!Nickname wrote: Tue 03 Mar 2026, 12:47 pm If PSB went to Viña del Mar in the 80's, they wouldn't probably get the same reaction. Now everything has changed for good.
So using the stage from Viña, the stage of Dreamworld, the enthussiasm of the public and the awards ceremony like part of a big event which is also a massive TV show live on a public TV, everything worked amazingly well.
The awards ceremony inside the concert was a real triumph and gave to the show something more. Like Chris said, it was like winning the world cup.
If I were them, I'd try to get the dancers for this show. If I could I'd also play "Go West" and "What have I done to deserve this?". We hadn't missed anything but fireworks.NOBODY75 wrote: Sun 01 Mar 2026, 2:21 pmThis refers to the fact that in Viña del Mar, they added the festival's own resources to their usual DreamWorld setup. Technologically, it's a very advanced festival. As a result, the stage was much more spectacular. Much larger screens, lights, etcminimal wrote: Sun 01 Mar 2026, 12:05 pm Well, I think Discovery is more spectacular, as is Pandemonium.
However, I probably don't fully understand what you mean by 'spectacular'. What I do know is that, overall, I think Dreamworld is their least appealing stage design, especially during the boring first half an hour. I don't go for the visual aspect of the show; I go for the songs.

I don't know if they can and even if they wanted to create a blue-ray of the show.le petit corbusier wrote: Fri 06 Mar 2026, 8:31 pm Bubba McCarthy, the percussionist, seems to agree:

What is the denmark bluray ?oakey wrote: Sat 04 Apr 2026, 9:58 pm Watched this show via the official link shared by the PSB. So much more entertaining to watch than the Denmark bluray, even though it lacks a few of the songs. The Boys seemed to enjoy themselves more as well.
Dreamworld @Copenhagen
Viña del Mar put more elements and passion. The show is one of the very best music TV shows of the world. The mix between live concert and TV show at the same worked perfectly. The most spectacular of the career of PSB according to the poll.oakey wrote: Sat 04 Apr 2026, 9:58 pm Watched this show via the official link shared by the PSB.
