If a diary was a source (and I don't think it was) they shouldn't have silly mistakes like The Palladium instead of Royal Albert Hall! She must have some memory of playing the Hall with Frank and Sammy surely?Morse wrote: Tue 17 Mar 2026, 8:46 amI'd be very surprised if Liza hadn't kept a diary, like Neil does.OakeyDokey wrote: Wed 11 Mar 2026, 1:06 am It seems very factual/professionally savvy, the style of writing. At her current age, I'd be surprised if Liza was that sharp or detailed so if it's been ghost-written, it makes sense.
On a more positive note - this from Liza...
''Kids, I am overwhelmed with gratitude. The London Times has announced that Hey Kids, Wait Till You Hear This! is a #1 Best Seller in the UK — My heart is overflowing with joy! Thank you for the love you continue to shower on me.''

Re: PSB in new Liza memoir
So bought the book off Amazon for 99p (Kindle offer). Can’t say it’s the best read. The PSB part was way too short and bit naf tbh. I expected more about the studio sessions, hitting the clubs, meeting SDJ and FS, being on Wogan etc.

Who's the author of the book again, cos it ain't Tennant or Lowe.dbaseboy wrote: Sat 06 Jun 2026, 10:28 am I expected more about the studio sessions, hitting the clubs, meeting SDJ and FS, being on Wogan etc.
You're aware Liza was slightly famous before she met PSB and knew SDJ and FS from childhood?
No, perhaps you weren't.

I was referring to the boys meeting them with Liza, not her directly. But thanks for your, erm, polite response.Trevor Tremor wrote: Tue 09 Jun 2026, 12:04 pmWho's the author of the book again, cos it ain't Tennant or Lowe.dbaseboy wrote: Sat 06 Jun 2026, 10:28 am I expected more about the studio sessions, hitting the clubs, meeting SDJ and FS, being on Wogan etc.
