I am very excited about the album along with all the tv appearances, tour etc. I must apologise to all fans as I did paste a topic on here about a friend of mine who works for ticketmaster and told me that the boys will announce tour dates soon. He actually puts the tickets in the envelopes and franks them! Thats it - he has nothing to do with bookings etc - so sorry everyone!

Exactly.. I mean Bilingual really sounded dated when it came out... instead of going electronic like they did with disco 2, Euroboy and Some speculation they went another way.... (wich isn't that bad but it does sound out of place in the PSB repertoire...)

And then came Nightlife... (the comeback to source album... witch did'nt have a real good concept cos of the damn "musical") a not so bad album but could never be compare with Very...

I don't think it's overrated at all - it wasn't just the songs; it was the whole concept. It was Chris with his telescope and ballroom dancing on TOTP, the two of them marching across Red Square, the single version of I wouldn't normally do this kind of thing, the strangely moving Liberation video, Chris as a lightshade and Neil Coward. It was Hey, headmaster being the b-side to Can you forgive her?, Shameless actually being a b-side and the tragic grandeur of Dreaming of the Queen. It was f*cking Will Smith keeping them off the number one spot, the television adverts for Very and hearing Postscript for the first time.

Yeah!They´re "obliged" to make a good album after the previous fabulous ones you mention.

I won't be going to see PSB live this time. They're ok but the audiences are really poor. The last couple I went to they all stayed sat down! You don't get that at an Erasure concert!

I love Bilingual. The only song I could ever possibly skip would be Saturday Night Forever. Otherwise I think it's a fantastic album. I wasn't overly keen on Nightlife or Disco 3 but I loved Release. For me, it ultimately comes down to songwriting and these 2 records, often the least loved by PSB fans, are 2 of my favourites.

I am EXTREMELY excited by the new album, and even though I've been doing this long enough to know better, I'm already counting the days....

Don't know where you went to see them but London was different! Not only did the audience stand up.....they JUMPED up and down so much I could hardly see! I'm REALLY looking forward to this album and tour.

I'm more excited about the publics reaction. I have this feeling people are ready for a Psb revival, the timing is right somehow. They're working with big names again, the press seem positive et.c. A new generation is out there bying music ready to discover them for the first time...

I still remember the floor swaying under the Savoy theatre during the instrumental breaks on "Streets" when the whole rabid audience jumped up and down at the same time. Almost scary...

Excited but now I don't expect that much: it worries me that Psycological track. It's too weak. It's just average in a PSB world...

The production is not that epic nor big as could be understand by reading Literally. I guess if the same track were a Superchumbo ft Neil one, some folks would be dissing it.

OK, this song is not entitled to chart nor being a single, but are we really so excited about the new music?

Sure we all petheads love the 12" promo thing, growing collection and instrumental teaser. But the track didn't make a huge blast in the pethead community. There were no "WOW!". Is there anyone surprised with the track? Psycological could make it instead or Samurai or Time on my Hands.

We want to be more excited about a text review for a lucky diehard fan (Popjustice) more than for new music itself. We like it but at last we're also dicussing about how good is that Only love demo (BTW I like Only Love).

I'm afraid when the CD leaks, singles & album reach Top20 but Fundamental nor the Fundamental concept (if any) don't break the media, we'll realize Neil is just "selling the product" to diehard fans reading Literallys. Not for the Joe Public or the mainstream. I wouldn't mind to be proved wrong.

Maybe I'm missing something here, but I wondered what exactly Enriques pont was... And please don't take it as an offence, I'm just stating my opinion.

I'm getting a bit tiered of people being disappointed with the new songs, the new album, the sales, the airplay... long before we even heard the songs.

i'm excited about the new album and look very much forward to finally hearing it and somehow I hope it won't leak in advance. Somehow it spoiled the fun a bit for me when Release leaked so early. I hope will be able to stick to my resolution, but I want to go into the shop, buy the new CD and then rush home and put it on constant reply for the next couple of hours.

I have heard Phsychological but I think it's pretty good - judging from the not so good quality of the sample and the fact that it's only an instrumental. I somehow doubt that this wil be identical to the album version, I mean apart from the fact that most likely vocals will be added. I think it sounds more like a demo. But then again, I do not know. But I think it's definetly going in a direction musically which I will like.

And personally I don't really care if they never have a number 1 single again, it's the quality of the music that counts not the sales. Most artits I like don't sell well. Just think of Marc Almond.... I woudn't mind if they had another huge hit, but I don't expect it. I guess the nature of the charts has changed so much snce 1989.

What doesn't get me excited enough is Psycological. But of course, I'd be far less excited if I read somewhere there are a lot of guitar sound in the new album...

If it´s something like Release I like ti but if it´s something like Pink Floyd,I don´t even know what it sounds like.
