Lol, and they've just played it! Skipped a bit at the beg though. Not a bad time slot either!

unless their listeners send in loads of requests they just don't bother to play it past the first couple of weeks
That was the bit I was referring to, not whether they're playing it now.
On Tuesday Richard Bacon played it at 17.25, that's got to be prime, peak time

I am loath to listen to Capital now Pat Sharp is no more but am tuning in to fabulous 95.8 FM.

And let me tell the retards amougst us something - had Numb been the single, it would have been writted off as pure embarresment and thrown in Capital FM's incinerator.

Minimal is the perfect PSB single - cool, upbeat, electro. Its what people want from the Pet Shop Boys, which is why it will be playlisted.
Oh what a concise and to the point message of past few months

I wonder how many times per week they are going to play the record on Capital FM (20 times on Radio 2).

They do love him, don't they?

It's a good test of your PSB loyalty - I genuinely want to hear them on Capital for the first time in a decade and think it's very funny that it's taken a song about minimalism to get them there (I doubt Brian Sewell tunes in) but I tried to have it on in the background last night for about half an hour before I gave up. And yes, they played Jamiroquai's June song.
