Yes, I rather like League of Gentlemen as well- only the Brits can do off the wall comedy like that. Or Big Train ( thanks so much socky!) but that was only on for what, two seasons? Guess if i voted it would have to be for Fawlty Towers, because I grew up watching it since my mom and aunt loved that show. Only Fools... is alright, just never got into it quite as much!

Although I want Fawlty Towers to triumph over Porridge (great) and Open All Hours (quite good), I must say I'm quite excited by the news that Ronnie Barker has decided to return to TV full time and make another series of often-brilliant The Two Ronnies.

And I know it's terribly unfashionable to say so, but I always prefered them to Morecambe & Wise any day of the week
