Neil is trembling.
And the hat makes him look like Worzel Gummidge.

I like to think of it as home...

Let's face it, at any moment, there, Neil is about to announce "Foul stroke, four, Jimmy Savile."
Drico.
This is actually the 2nd performance of Suburbia (16th October) when it reached no.8, co-presented by Simon Bates and Steve Wright.Patrick Bateman wrote: Wed 14 Nov 2018, 10:07 pm Where the suburbs met utopia.....

Are they different performances? I've seen the one where Neil is wearing a leather jacket.canveyboy wrote: Thu 15 Nov 2018, 12:02 am

Their first studio performance of Suburbia from October 2nd will not be shown as it’s been ‘Smithed’.
Yes, 2 different performances. The one that is Smithed and is on the PSB BBC DVD is the black leather jacket - the October 2nd performance.Patrick Bateman wrote: Thu 15 Nov 2018, 12:07 amAre they different performances? It’s utter madness isn’t it. At the very least they should have just edited out all of his links and just left the performances intact. But I guess that’s too much editing time that they can’t justify. I don’t imagine they have huge ratings for these repeats!Patrick Bateman wrote: Thu 15 Nov 2018, 12:14 am The thing I don't get about the Smith veto is how the presenter actually has the power to do that? Mate, you read out the chart positions, made some crap jokes and introduced the number one. They may as well have asked the best boy's permission to air each episode.
Thank you y3potential. I've put it on to record.y3potential wrote: Thu 29 Nov 2018, 6:08 pm Just a gentle remind that PSB's remastered appearance on Top of the Pops from 16 October 1986 performing Suburbia is broadcast tonight at 19:30 on BBC4. This performance of Suburbia is not included on the Ultimate DVD.
