An Open Mind is too stadium-Coldplay for me. Sometimes b-sides remain that way bc they know they are just having fun emulating.

They're not going to release a single to promote volume 3 of a b-sides compilation because it's not the 90s anymore

Yeah - I was going to ask whether it was just the t-shirt!

They could reasonably remix a b-side and release that I suppose (much in the same vein as Paninaro '95)

I still think they're missing a trick by not releasing either

a) a new third B-sides compilation called "Obscure"
b) a complete b-sides retrospective set bringing everything up to date - still called "Obscure"

Personally option a) would be my preference, but understand why people might prefer something a little more complete with option b), which if it happened I would still 100% be down to get.

Strike while the iron's hot.

They should release the 3rd b-sides compilation in order not to lose momentum. And maybe reissue the 2 previous ones.
Not keen on the Obscure name, the setlist also included album tracks so it won’t be accurate at all. Leave it for a future concert release, my bet is that it could be very wellcomed!
