However, I'm a little confused why Zeus gave high scores for most of the songs on Fundamental, yet in his summing up he came across as quite negative. Any thoughts on the subject?
Zeus always comes across as quite negative - even when he's just had the best shag of his life! It's all part of his charm!

What's their problem with this board? :?

Think I'll stick to this forum, I've been here for a while now. Both forums seem to have their fair share of 'interesting' posters but I'm here for the news really, not to get into petty arguments with these people. I registered on the other forum to read the interview, very interesting actually so thanks for that eldritch. Once I'd read it, I deleted my account.

I've tried 3 times to get the activation code sent to me - and it still doesn't reach me - so f**k that forum - I'll stick with the best.....

(and no, it isn't in me "junk" folder or anywhere else)

did you contact Zeus? Maybe he can help!

On another note: Is it only me, who thinks Neil only know two PSB forums --> this one and www.tennant-lowe.com ??? I really have the impression.

No this wasn't any offense post against the Zeus board! Just a thought!

The most strangest thing of this interview is that Neil thinks "I'm with stupid", "TSAGS" and "Minimal" are the best songs of Fundamental to be a hit but not "Integral" which is the favourite one of almost all the people who have heard Fundamental.

The strangest thing of all is that his iPod includes Rachel Stevens. I'm not sure whether the interview is real or a fake created by Zeus himself now.

Actually, I think he might be talking of this forum and the official site. You know the discussion on lyrics there approach forum-ish status.

But I agree - Neil is not likely to know of the Zeus forum. He'd have to be pretty active to know about it.

Not strange, given that the last Rachel Stevens album was one of the few truly great pure pop albums of the last couple of years.

A matter of taste. I think it's crap.

But he might have somebody to follow the forums and inform what PSB stuff there is on the web. If I was in a million-selling pop band and had a new long-awaited album coming out, I for one would make sure one way or another that I would know when the album leaks - and discussion boards always reveal when that happens.

So you did read it after all?

Anyway, creating pages of false information and invented opinions believably mimicking Neil's speech patterns would demand not only quite alot of time but also no little amount of literary talent - so your comment is pretty flattering actually.
