It´s a Sin part2.
Quite good sounding actually. Very extraordinary.

my final opinion is it just sounds different ...not an improvement.

its interesting though I recall alot of people didnt like neils supposedly processed sounding vocals on the fundamental version yet everyone now seems to love the totally vocodered vocals.

I do think they work well in this case. I still like the fundie version better though.

In fact, they only did a remix of it and I know most of us wanted a extended version with little changes and effects but maybe PSB have already lost the talent to do that.

I'm glad that we didn't just get a simple extended version... and I'm also glad that we got a completely new version of Integral.

The album version never did much for me. I prefer the remix.

I'm agree with EMI. It doesn't deserve to be a single.
Phew - bet they're glad about that!
Yes, I am. This version is horrible. PSB haven't improved the original version.

Why?, because they have probably produced the song by themselves. If PSB had asked Trevor Horn to make a new version, he would have made by far something better.

In fact, they only did a remix of it and I know most of us wanted a extended version with little changes and effects but maybe PSB have already lost the talent to do that.
If they've lost it maybe you can go and waffle on somewhere else then - find a forum for a band with "talent". Jeez............

The mix is Fantastic, the start of it is fantastic, very dark ... What Trevor Horn did with the Album Version, the Pet Shop Boys made it better.

Integral felt out of place in the Album. But the new mix is "very" Pet Shop Boys.

I like the feel of the new mix. It's obviously not a single, but very good nonetheless. However, the production itself sounds a bit demoish and messy. They should have brought in a great mixing engineer to clean it up a bit AND to bring the vocals more forward in the mix.

Don`t like it. They have taken out the power of the chorus. It was such a belting chorous and now it sounds like Neil is sleep talking.
Then please release the album version as a single although it is to cheap and cheesy sounding.
So at the end i am happy that none of the versions gets released as a single.

I don't really see the point, why are the new mixes attacked so badly? The boys had their own mind and reasons doing that.
I really love the new verses of 7" version but those "nth to fear" of 12" version really irritates me. I still prefer the album version!

DISCO 4 is now 100% not worth buying !

"Destroy" is too harsh, you don't expect a simply extended and boring mix do you?
The verses are changed to a diff. style and I think they're lovely.
but I agree with u that they don't deserve to be a single except the album version.

Disco 4 is worth buying for - Its cover :boo:
- Integral new mix
-complete collection of the boys

Btw once we see the video, it might make sense of the new style.. they might've changed the sound differently to match the video.

sorry i love erm...
i have bought everything they have released even after deownloading etc.. first but there are too many reasons not to buy this trash,,,

1> its other peoples work just mixed by them
2> I bet evryone already owns all the tracks on this album
3> Only 8 tracks- & only 1 is new ?and a remix at that? whats that about ?
4> Okish Artwork but still not great... and I own that now its on here
5> by christmas it will be in the bargain bin for about £2 and for once I can wait !

sorry if anyone feels offended but I expected more after Fundamental I really did.
