But why not via Amazon or any other record shop with more affordable shipping costs??

I'm in NZ and we don't have Amazon. I'm not sure the NZ retailers will stock the CD single.

Oh I understand as I´m in Southamerica. But I alwyas try to avoid the official site (if the items are not exclusive) because other independent online stores always have better prices, both in the item and the shipping (and a more reliable tracking number and better client service! )

I ordered from the OS without giving Amazon a second thought. BIG mistake...shipping fees are extortionate.

I ordered the Loneliness cd single from Amazon over a month ago and I am still waiting for it. So I just ordered the Dancing Star and Loneliness cd singles from the official store (UK I think) and hopefully I'll get them.

The tracklisting for the Dancing Star single looks very promising!

Oh my god!!!... This sounds like Please, Actually and Domino Dancing together. It seems to me that the album will be an evolution of those first sounds of the 80s.

Fantastic. I'm waiting for it to be available on Amazon because the official Warner store sucks. I'm still waiting for the customs refund.

Sounds fresh, unusual, fun. The arrangement is not hackneyed, definitely more interesting than the first single. They can't get enough of Russian culture, apparently.

But Rudolf did get enough. He defected when he was 23, thus his career was almost entirely devoted to opera houses in Britain and France, thus his cultural persona was part of western european culture. Rudolf was tatar and grew up in Bashkorstan in a muslim family. So don't go moscovite on this one as well.

Loving the sound of this. Given that we know that there are 3 uptempo tracks on this album this sounds like the second one, I wonder what the third will be.

A bit annoyed at this 10+ day wait - we live in an age of instant gratification, so they could at least unlock the album version for an early listen.

My bet is on The schlager hit parade or Bullet for narcissus.

For the singles, it makes me think about fundamental, only one ballad, Numb, as a single.

According to the snippet:

It sounds like a Hi-NGR song taken from the recording with Bobby "O" with the basic elements from that period. The bad thing about it is that sounds like a demo (but I know the quality of the file is not very good) and a B-side which is not a good thing if you talk about a lead single from the new album.

Anyway, we love that sound because it sounds like PSB of the 80's and I'm sure Radio 2 listeners will love the song too. The kind of song the taxi driver of "Your Early Stuff" could enjoy with. A new song with the classic version of PSB. That's why this is a good choice for the lead single of "Nonetheless" and I think it is.
