As an aside, it still seems odd to me that a DVD single counts as a copy of I'm with stupid in the singles chart. For example, did the PopArt DVD count as an "album" copy of PopArt when it was purchased??

Difficult, since they've only released one other single since then. This sentence kind of gives the impression they had five flops after Miracles
But then you have special video charts for video compilations / live shows etc. Not so for DVD single videoclip.joncool5 wrote:No.retrofuturist wrote:As an aside, it still seems odd to me that a DVD single counts as a copy of I'm with stupid in the singles chart. That's exactly what I meant.kimphilby wrote:Difficult, since they've only released one other single since then. This sentence kind of gives the impression they had five flops after Miracles
Nice. Btw. direct link (works this week) is http://uk.launch.yahoo.com/charts/comment.htmlkimphilby wrote:http://uk.launch.yahoo.com/c/
Click on here for chart commentary. This guy's usually pretty good. Positive response the weekend's chart news.
I think it makes perfect sense for a dvd single to enter the singles chart as the dvd contains ONE video and THREE audio tracks. DVD singles are a complete waste of time.Tomas wrote:But then you have special video charts for video compilations / live shows etc. Not so for DVD single videoclip.joncool5 wrote:No.retrofuturist wrote:As an aside, it still seems odd to me that a DVD single counts as a copy of I'm with stupid in the singles chart. I'm fully with you, didn't mean my comment as argument with you, but as an additional explanation to retros' post (and to your "No." reply).joncool5 wrote:I think it makes perfect sense for a dvd single to enter the singles chart as the dvd contains ONE video and THREE audio tracks.
