Was lucky enough to get a ticket, really think this is gonna be biblical
Is Liam going? Probably dismissed them as "ponces" in '88

Can't speak to the PDFs but understand your pain re travel.
I booked my flights a while ago, and fortunately we are making my Easter weekend more financially palatable with a visit to see my Dad and to see the campus of a potential university my daughter is thinking to go to. As long as I get decent fish and chips somewhere as well, it'll all be worthwhile, but it will still have been an astronomically expensive trip for the short time we are there.
Do you really though? Us Australians have it way harder.

30 hours travel, 3 grand cost.
For Canada it's 7 hours travel and less than a grand.
Me and jasonjason have to miss out because we can't afford it.
Granted, travel time is significantly less. CAD and AUS are almost par so without getting into the whys and wherefores I can 100% guarantee I am spending more than that. Not that it can't be done on a smaller budget though so your point is valid. My financial woes with this are entirely my own.

There's a fantastic fish and chips place a stone's throw away from the Electric Ballroom:

Ooo, I'm a big fan of fish and chips, but my friend is not so keen!
Attending on 6 April will be in Whitstable on Easter day 5 April, so I may have had my fill of fish and chips by then anyway...

Yeah I noticed that, and might give it a try - my goal is to grab F&C when we visit my Dad as his local chippy is

That being said, I wouldn't say no to having F&C more than once during our visit.

Here's what my Seetickets account says. No-one knows for sure exactly when they'll be out.

It's probably a difficult question to answer at this point, but are these tickets transferable..? I'm planning on getting two from someone who can't go on the Thursday and he's offered them to me (I know him), but I've read a couple of comments from people saying they're not transferable...

Iāve got a bit of a quandary - my partner has broken his ankle and will still be on crutches and in a boot in two weeks. Iāve emailed the Electric Ballroom about accessibility and they said firstly that the accessible tickets have all sold and secondly that they have āsome stools and benches scattered aboutā but that theyāre āfirst come first servedā.
Anyone who knows the venue well, do you think he can come? Iām happy to get there super early to try to get, I think, a balcony spot with a stool. Any thoughts? Devastating if he canāt go.
