A breakfast of reheated spinach curry with rice into which I cracked and fried a couple of small farm eggs from Essex from my visit the the country on 1st July.

they eat that sort of thing for breakfast in the sub continent. my mate says when she goes back home she has curried potatoes for breakfast, ceeal is a western thing.....and probably not very old either.
